Comfort Zone signs a lease for 300 sqm. This company distributes spa and wellness products and sought a location for the Belux market. The Dutch parent company prefers Center26 in Lummen to establish its Belgian operations.

Center26 has 2 new occupants

In May there are 2 new tenants which moved into Center26: Union Electric Steel and Trisinvest. Union Electric Steel is an American company operating in the construction of steel rollers. The company will have their HQ for Europe and Asia in Center26.

Trisinvest is the property sister company of SBO, Staalbouw Overpelt. SBO took the lead in building Center26.

Both companies settled on the ground floor in the new building.

Center26 in use: Eplan moves!

A cheerfull day today: Eplan's new offices are in use. The move went quite smoothly. How does such a move work anyway? Take certainly a look at: www.eplangoescenter26.be

The offices are customized and include a seminar room, lounge and training room, a demo and a showroom. Eplan's employees work in modern open office structure which still offers sufficient possibility to work individually.

The foundations of center26 are set out, dug out and poured with concrete. This is the start of a 5 storey multifunctional office building.
